Problem
The Luxury Fleet is a premier chauffeured vehicle service in Tokyo, offering luxurious transportation for discerning travelers. They approached us with the challenge of revamping their online presence and integrating a seamless booking system. The primary goal of this project was to provide a user-friendly website for viewing vehicles and services while streamlining the booking process for customers and staff.
Four key challenges were identified and addressed during the redesign process, resulting in a website and online booking system that efficiently meets the needs of customers and staff.
Problem 1: Lack of an Existing Online Booking System:
The Luxury Fleet had no online booking system, making it challenging for customers to reserve vehicles conveniently.
Problem 2: Outdated Website Design and Content:
Their existing website was outdated, especially in terms of content organization, which affected user engagement.
Problem 3: Need for Booking Management:
The company lacked a system for staff members to efficiently manage bookings and vehicle information.
